We offer a full spectrum of solutions, from precision-planned crowns to advanced surgical procedures including zygomatic implants and remote anchorage options. Our practice is also home to ProMAX, our specialist-led framework dedicated to managing the most complex implant cases.
It provides a higher standard of care for patients requiring full-arch rehabilitation, revision of failed treatments, or solutions in cases with significant bone loss.

As specialist prosthodontists, we often act as diagnostic consultants in complex cases. We provide second opinions, long-term treatment sequencing, and management plans for challenging restorative, aesthetic, or functional problems, including tooth wear, occlusal dysfunction, and failed prior treatments. Our goal is to build a roadmap for success, whether we're treating directly or assisting a broader clinical team.

Single implants to full-arch reconstructions, including remote anchorage systems: zygomatic, pterygoid, and nasalis. The most complex implant cases in South Australia are referred here.
Intraoral and extraoral scanning, photogrammetry, guided surgery, CAD/CAM workflows, and in-house 3D printing. While digital processes support precision, speed, and integration, we also utilise traditional analog workflows where appropriate, particularly for patients or cases that benefit from time-tested techniques. Our hybrid approach ensures flexibility and quality.

On-site IV sedation administered by AHPRA-registered Anaesthetists, and General Anaesthesia services performed in private hospital settings via our surgical partners. Comfort-driven care for the most complex procedures.
Our in-house Dental Hygiene Service plays a critical role in the long-term care of patients, particularly those undergoing complex or full-arch prosthodontic treatment. Where a referring clinician does not provide hygiene services, we offer targeted peri-implant and maintenance care designed to protect the function and aesthetics of the rehabilitation. Where your referring clinician does offer hygiene services, we can coordinate shared-care arrangements, alternating visits across both practices. Successful outcomes aren't just created, they're preserved through consistent and collaborative care.

ProMAX, named for the collaboration between a Prosthodontist and an Oral & MAXillofacial Surgeon, is our specialist-led framework for managing patients with advanced oral rehabilitation needs. This includes full-arch implant reconstruction, failed previous treatments, and cases involving severe bone loss or anatomical complexity.
Developed by Specialist Prosthodontist Dr Ben Sellick and Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon Dr Zahi Khouri, ProMAX exemplifies the value of interdisciplinary collaboration. It provides a centralised, team-based approach, combining surgical precision, prosthetic expertise, and continuity of care with the referring clinician.
Treatment is delivered in structured stages and tailored to each patient's medical, functional, and aesthetic needs. Many procedures can be performed under IV sedation or general anaesthetic, and every case is planned with long-term success in mind, from diagnosis through to final restoration and maintenance.
Patients benefit from both advanced digital tools and meticulous treatment coordination. Every decision is made in partnership with the appropriate expertise, at the right time.

We support referring clinicians with treatment protocols, clinical notes, and shared-care arrangements, and are always happy to arrange informal discussions or second opinions on complex cases.
